ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  • Parents who want to get their child admitted should get the name of their child registered in the school office as early as possible. Registration does not guarantee admission, it implies eligibility for an interactive session only. The school session begins in the first week of April and ends in the last week of March (Academic Year). Admission is open to all children irrespective of caste, language, region, religion, colour, creed and community.
  • Parents who are interested in getting their wards admitted must fill in the registration form attached with the prospectus  available in the school office.
  • Minimum age for admission to K1 (Pre-Nursery) is 3+ years, for K2 (L.K.G) is 4+ years, and for K3 (U.K.G) is 5+ years as on 31st March of the academic year. A 3 months age relaxation can be considered on request of parents to the Principal. Admissions to all other classes will be on the basis of performance in written entrance test which is further subjected to availability of seats.
  • New students shall be permitted to get admission at the commencement of the academic year only. However, the admission will remain open throughout the year for government employees on transfer grounds, administrative grounds or under exceptional circumstances subject to availability of seats.
  • Admission shall be granted only when the School Leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate from the previous institution along with Character Certificate of good conduct and Result Card/Progress Report are received.
  • Candidates who come from State Education Boards other than CBSE must have their School Leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate & Migration Certificate countersigned by the Board Authorities.
  • Selected pupils shall be required to fill in the prescribed Admission Form and deposit the full admission charges.
  • The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason or cause to any person. The same cannot be challenged in any court.
  • In case School Leaving Certificate and proof of Date of Birth Certificate are not submitted in the office at the time of admission, the admission will be considered provisional. Regular admission will be granted only on receiving the documents within ten days, failing which, the admission shall be considered null & void.
  • Admission will not be granted to those children who are ailing with contagious diseases requiring prolonged medical treatment, Cardiac problem, Epilepsy or acute Asthma etc.
  • Birth Certificate in original, ID proof of the parents, one passport size family photograph, two passport size photographs of the applicant, Medical Fitness Certificate from authenticated authority are to be produced at the time of admission. Submission of photo copy of Aadhar Card is mandatory for admission.
